FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

  • Do you have access to garage?

    We offer valet parking service a fee per night. We also have charging stations available  for electric cars. The garage is open 07:00 – 23:00 every day and the maximum height is 1.9 metres.

    We offer parking tickets for NK’s garage “Parkaden”, which is located on Regeringsgatan 47-55. You collect ticket directly from us at the reception and park the car by yourself, the price is then posted on the room note.

  • Can I bring my pet to Berns?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at Berns, not for the restaurant as well as the hotel.

  • Is there any gym equipment available?

    The gym is equipped with a spinning bike, dumbbells, and a treadmill. There is also an exercise mat and a Pilates ball. We are open every day of the week, 24 hours a day.

  • When can I check in/out?

    Check in: 15.00
    Check out: 11.00

    You are welcome to entertain up to max 8 guests in your room until 10 PM.

  • Can I pay with cash?

    We are a completely cash free hotel.

    We accept payment with: Visa, Master Card, American Express.

  • Do you have room service avilable?

    Room service available between 11.00 – 22.00 daily.
    From 22.00 please view our night menu which can be found in your room.

    A room service fee will be applied for each order and is paid upon check out. Delivery can take up to 40 minutes.

  • Can I buy a gift voucher?

    Give away a gift voucher that can be used for a stay or dinner and drinks at Berns Asiatiska. Valid for one year from the selected date specified at the time of purchase.

  • Is Wi-Fi included?

    We offer our guests free Wi-Fi and all of our TVs have a  Chromecast for easy streaming.

  • How many hotel rooms does Berns Hotel have?

    We have a total of 82 rooms, where 12 of them are within the suite category.

  • How many floors are there inside Berns?

    6 floors and access to 3 elevators.

  • Do you have a defibrillator?

    Yes, we do have a defibrillator.

  • Can I smoke in my room?

    No guest or member of staff is allowed to smoke in any public area of the building. Guests who ignore this rule and if the hotel staff find any traces of cigarette in the room, the guest will be liable to compensate the hotel with a minimum fee of 2 500 SEK.

  • Where can I see what concerts/shows will take place at Berns?

  • Does Berns have nightclubs?

    Yes. This is one of the reasons we call Berns the House of Entertainment.

    There are four nightclubs; Le!, Le! Cocktail, Neu and Terrassen.

  • Is the building accessible?

    We do have 3 accessible rooms, 3 elevators. For the best possible service, we ask you to contact us before arrival.

  • Can I book a room if I am under 18?

    No, People under 18 years of age may not overnight at Berns Hotel without a guardian.

  • Do you have beds for small children?

    A baby cot can be booked free of charge for children under 4 years of age.

  • Is it possible to add an extra bed to the room?

    Yes, in some of our rooms. Extra bed charge with 500 SEK/night.

  • Can I host a party in my room?

    No, guests may not use the room for other reason than as intended for accommodation. It is not allowed, for private or commercial purposes, to hold parties or events. As well as engage in sales or any kind of trade or business in the hotel or hotel rooms, unless otherwise agreed with Berns Hotel.

  • Do you have luggage service?

    Berns Hotel offers a luggage room without extra charge. Berns Hotel accepts no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for the luggage and belongings of hotel guests left in the lobby, foyers, restaurant, meeting rooms, hotel rooms, in room safe or luggage room.

  • What types of concierge services do you have?

    Berns Hotel offers a variatey of concierge services. Please contact the front desk for further assistance.

  • I have lost my wardrobe ticket, what should I do?

    You can pick up your belongings on the following Tuesday at the front desk of Berns Hotel.
