Miguel

American songwriter and producer Miguel is the most celebrated R&B voice in the world at the moment. His debut album All I Want Is You came out in 2010 and was among other things rewarded with the prize “Best New Artist” at Soul Train Awards 2011. He’s also received several credible nominations at the Grammy Awards and Billboard Music Awards. Miguel’s new record Kaleidoscope Dream is highly acclaimed by the press as well as the audience and the single “Adorn” released in August has topped Billboard’s R&B list.

Miguel weaves in R&B, funk, hip hop, rock and electronic styles into his music. In an interview with Paper Magazine, he describes his music as “fly, funkadelic, intergalactic-hip-hop-meets-sexy-orgasmic crazy, dope shit”. Miguel is often compared to Babyface and Prince.
